Version 1.3
By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
Cohaul provides tools and resources to assist shippers in managing their freight needs directly with trucking companies. We aim to eliminate the need for a traditional freight broker by empowering shippers to communicate and negotiate directly with carriers.
Cohaul holds zero liability for any shipments coordinated through our service. We do not assume responsibility for the goods, schedules, or any obligations associated with the shipping agreements. Cohaul solely provides a service to facilitate communication and logistics management between shippers and carriers.
Shippers are required to provide a deposit for all shipments prior to pickup. The shipper is solely responsible for fulfilling this deposit requirement and managing payments directly with the carriers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cohaul is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to shipping delays, loss, or damage of goods.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the modified terms.
